It is the responsibility of each student to behave in a manner that does not threaten, interfere with or deprive other students of their right to an education.

The purpose of this section is to:

-Provide parents, students and staff with the policy and regulations governing student rights, responsibilities, and behavior at the Dinoff School. Determine and implement disciplinary action that is progressive, corrective, and not solely punitive. This Code of Conduct is the mandatory policy of the Dinoff School’s Board of Directors and must be uniformly enforced by the administration and staff of the school. Students who engage in behavior that violates the Code of Conduct will be subject to disciplinary action.
